The start of June!

Sunday, June 03, 2012

This week, went to catch Men In Black 3 with Xinyi :)
We went to Bugis Shaw Theatres in the afternoon since they had a student promo which was like $6.50 for one person only!!!!!

Camwhored on the train..

The movie was surprisingly good, but Rotten Tomato rated it as rotten? Hmm

Anyway, I am never stepping into Bugis's cinema again... Wtf it's so crampy and the floor is so weird and the seats are so low and it's so freaking far!!

After that, walked around Bugis Junction and they had this Men in Black display for people to take photos with!

Xinyi's favourite alien?

My cool nigga alien HAHA

Well, not much to blog about but bought a pretty leopard flats hehehe so pretty!

Wanted to get the below handmade earrings but it was like 6 dollars?! But have to admit it's really pretty!

Met dear for dinner later on, we had abalone noodle!!!!!!

HAHAH damn shiok. Have been craving it for sometime and he finally brought me there cos he wants to pamper me now like his baby heheh *blush*

But after that, we met his friends and they went fishing -_-

Dear say I'm really patient.... Of course I am la!

The huge pond and in the end, they caught nothing at all -_-

Went home about 6am?!
The promo for the fishing pond was if you fish for 12-6am it's only $27. Oh well, was super tired... T_T

Exams are just next week so have been down to studying..
It's been really long since I memorised stuffs and do so much studying so I wasn't so used to it. But... I know I really have to do it!

And while studying, I was packing my table at the same time and found my bag of memories with him :)

The receipts, movie tickets, museums' entry passes, zoo passes etc... There were so many!

And guess what came into the mailbox this week?
Postcard from Jeslyn!

She's been away for 1 month now in Seychelles, doing her attachment.. Feel really happy for her because she's enjoying what she's pursuing now! :)

Sucha pretty postcard! :)

And yesterday was Bare Your Sole 2012!

The main aim of this charity event was to raise funds for projects such as building houses for those in underdeveloped countries. I don't mind donating $10 to support the cause but walking barefooted, getting pricked by the dry grass etc was a no-no -_-

But still, we had to turn up since our teachers say it's crucial and is part of our tutorial attendance blah blah. Who the hell forces people to do charity right? Wtf it should be of our own accord. Because it wouldn't be a cause if we don't want to do it.

The only thing that made me look forward to this event was my Year 2 classmates :( Miss them, now that I'm in Year 3...

Don't really fancy my Year 3 class but thankfully Lydia and Meryl are in the same class as me :)
Made school less torturous. Can't imagine facing my Year 3 classmates for the next half of the year. Don't know why but some people in the class seems a bit.. FAKE. Yucky yucks.

Hahah I'm not the only one who thinks that way though.

Anyway after Bare Your Sole, went to Kallang Leisure Park for brunch, went home and napped before going out again to meet dear!!!

We ordered Tamago Ramen which is a pork-stock based creamy soup, fried gyoza and fried rice at Cuppage Plaza's OHSHO. They have the best gyoza in town man!

It's crispy and and the skin is thin enough..

Tamago Ramen! :)

Had a great time with him!

His friend, Brendon showed us the countries his fiance and him were planning to go during their honeymoon after getting married next year. Dear and I were also excited because there were so many things we had in common! We want to go skiing together at Melbourne/Korea, we want to feed the penguins/dolphins.. So many things :) So they suggested we go together like a double couple holiday trip!

Next year I might be going to Melbourne! ^_^

And a photo of us to end the post......
Sorry for the damn bad quality it's from my iphone heheh

Random dates with dear

Hmm currently our relationship is going good..
We have gone through some really nasty shit in our relationship (Yeah, it's not even 6 months and we already gone through many DOWNS) and we nearly barely survived it, but in the end, I'm glad we made it through.

And of course, some times I get really insensitive and upset about him because of his character (INSENSITIVITY AND UNROMANTIC) but I realise he's been trying hard to change and accommodate me. I really appreciate it alot :)

Nowadays, he holds my hands when I try to cross the barrier at our usual hangout - Seletar Dam. Hmm.... Wonder what's gotten into him.

Sometimes, people tend to shoot me a simple question like, "Why'd you like him?" or "Why him?" It's really difficult for myself to answer questions like that because I don't know myself either. Sometimes feelings just come by and yeah, we really don't choose who we fall in love with. I can't help it, and stop myself from feeling this way yeah?

So yup......
:)

Anyway he got back his car!!!! Am super happy for him, because our quarrels in the past was because of his damn car, and we couldn't meet up because of bad weather as travelling back home would be an issue.

Yeah, fixed everything but I know he's having a major financial crisis now..... haha joking. Just that he has to pay off some debts, especially his car repairs which cost more than 10k :/

He's proud of his new gadgets!

Yah his current obsession.. but his all-time favourite is his baby girl sitting next to him in the car MUHAHAHA

Anyway, just came back from supper with him..!
We wanted to go back to our favourite wan ton mee noodle stall but we ended up trying something new ^_^

POWERRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!

I swear only M'sia got the best dry Mi Ta Mak in the whole world. Especially Ipoh's. Walao wei..... They should just move to Singapore.

Am loving the plate of fried food at the side! Especially the ham with fried enoki mushrooms yum yum!

I wanted to try his noodle look so nice lor............ but my mi ta mak took my attention away, hehe.

Hungry pig

 ;)

Am so hungry (again) looking at the photo.....

Still, he said we'd better go back to our favourite wan ton mee stall next time.
Oh yeah, we also encountered some unpleasant experience at the customs and the petrol station just now ):

Haiz, lucky I was there lor.. (True ok)

Anyway had a great time with Thadsha YY Kelisha Xueli Meryl and friends at Helipad! Hell of a night baby... Free flow drinks etc but ended up there were many merlions outside at 1am? -_-" hahah!

I was told I was laughing like a mad woman outside but..... Don't make me recall anything please.

Fave pic from that night!

Day At Asian Civilian Museum

Monday, January 23, 2012

That Thursday, we had to make a fieldtrip down to Asian Civilian Museum at Raffles Place, Boat Quay because the event that was held was close to the purpose of our CDS - textile patterns.

I didn't go school that day because I was late so I went to see the doctor instead. I was positive that I had conjunctivitis so the main purpose was to get medication.

The doctor couldn't check my eyes coz I was wearing contact lens so he referred me to Changi General Hospital A&E instead becoz he suspect that I had corneal damage which could lead to blindness. I didn't go in the end :x and just persisted he gave me medication.

Oh well, if that makes you happy, doctor.

After that, went to MRT to meet Michelle Caden and Zhiqing and we headed to Raffles MRT Station and grabbed a quick bite before heading to the museum.

I could have swore it was the most boring museum in the world, but this time it was okay :)

Patterns of Trade! They were mostly focused on Indian textile patterns..

Stoneware dated back to the 1800s

Ornaments and accessories

Caden looks really happy in this photo coz he thinks that THAT is his manhood. Gosh

It is indeed a fruitful trip! Lovin' it! Especially the part when we  had so much fun at the "tea house" haha!

Check out the last photo of my museum trip, it's the statue of Buddha in the lotus position meditating. I found it eerie however it kinda made me feel.. weird, I don't know.

Well, been meeting Ken for the past few consecutive days, and recently we went to catch the movie"The Viral."  Damn it's pretty good! Featuring Nicholas Tse and Jay Chou :)

GO CATCH IT!

Here are some random photos ;)

Went prawning at Pasir Ris farmway!

Reliving his childhood memories at Pasir Ris Park's big big web thingy~

Him cooking for his friends at Aloha Loyang resort! Fried rice and lettuce, it's damn awesome!

Went to Changi Beach and chilled :)

My babeh and me waiting for the rain to stop~ HEHE

Went Vivocity's Japanese restaurant, Shin Kushiya and ate there!
The price is VERY steep, the plate up there can cost $20 easily ~_~

We ordered Foie Gras (Goose's liver) it's damn nice but for A SUPER SMALL portion, (bite size) it was $10!

The service was average, the food was quite alright but I don't think it's THAT GOOD, given the price we're paying for.
We wanted to make the salmon belly a little cooked but they told us there was a surcharge of $2 -_-

MY DEAREST :*)

This vege udon was pretty nice, but I thought I still preferred Sakae Sushi's beef udon!

Raw Salmon Belly.

FYI: I don't eat raw food.. I had my FIRST TRY of that monsterish looking salmon belly and I HATE IT. FUCK How the hell can people eat that?! It's so disgusting! The thought of salmons swimming in the deep blue ocean just kept popping in my mind :(
But he likes it.... so yeah whatever~

The last picture to end off the night!
Me and my beloved bestie, Thadshayiniyyy, you'll always be loved~

Just came back from Reunion dinner at Uncle William's house. It was a sumptuous feast!!!
But I don't have a picture of it :(

My aunt bought a clutch for me :) It's really pretty maybe I'll post it up soon!
AND YES............
