No lies, just love

Wednesday, June 27, 2012

This afternoon I've been a little a moody and sad 'cos I've kinda had some trust issues with him. I always thought that I could trust somebody wholeheartedly but I can't.

After discovering the chats he's had with some girls, I guess? Nevertheless I have chosen to continue "trusting" him. Yes I'm upset, but I don't want this to end. I'm afraid it's just me being too sensitive and blame him for something he didn't have the intention to do, or is it just the way he communicates with people.

But whatever it is.. I just love him a lot.

Anyway on Monday, there was no Apel lesson so I decided to accompany him on an interview in JB. There's a whole new land development going on at Puteri Harbour, and the investor that we met that day said that by a few years time, there will be a ferry fetching Singaporeans from Harbourfront and Sentosa to Puteri Harbour soon!

And the area looked beautiful. Nothing like the traffic in typical JB areas you see. They had a row of houses (seriously looked like Australia) and they have service staffs greeting you at the reception counter, they have a western cafe and Angsana Spa! Wtf this is more like a resort than a house.

So yeah.. Dear and I were like wow! And many Singaporeans actually lived in that area, while working in SG at the same time.

Anyway, after the meeting, dear and I went to Bukit Indah Jusco, (the one Gina and Ym and I went that time) and we went to eat dinner at Johnny's Restaurant. It is absolutely one of the best Thai restaurant I've been to, and my boyfriend, who's a head chef with 10 years of experience agreed with me.

They have no MSG, preservative so it's totally healthy! And it's halal too :)
There's an outlet in Ipoh Jusco, and I've been eating at Johnny's since I was 8 years old? My aunt would always drive us to Jusco for some healthy delicious steamboat :')

So I've been asking my boyfriend to bring me to this restaurant for quite sometime cos I haven't been back in Ipoh for almost 2 years?

Finally that day we got the chance to go :') He didn't forget that he made the promise to go with me.. and I'm really proud of him for making to effort to remember. And it was his treat! Hehe!

Ordered this Thai Steamboat set, it's mad cheap! About $12 for two people? includes prawns, veggies, bee hoon, sotong, tofu, eggs, fish glue, enoki mushrooms and so on and so forth.

Nobody! My boyfriend's favourite ^^

I really liked the ambience and service there. Never fails to disappoint me everytime. The staffs are fast and efficient, and the ambience is warm and cosy! Best for steamboat ^^

Here it is! Our healthy steamboat. Dear scooping the coconut out from his drink.

Seeking comfort and happiness in food

When he first tried the Thai chicken rice, he went, "OMG" and licked his fingers. It was one of the best chicken rice he's ever had :) hahaha. I remembered how my brother and I used to fight over this plate of chicken rice whenever we were in Ipoh. It's SUPER good!

Our awesomely healthy steamboat!

And the best Thai Chicken rice! RM 5.95

Can't wait to indulge in the steamboat!

Anyway, I'm loving my new rose blouse! I bought it with Xinyi and it's so pretty!!!! Hehe ^^
Bought it at a bargain cos I'm just good at bartering HAHAHA. Whee!

Us being really happy and enjoying our steamboat.
We ordered side orders: A super duper awesome plate of 5 beef slices (RM 4.50), Jelly fish (RM 3.50), 2 plates of Shrimp Ravioli (RM4.90 each), Deep Sea Fish Balls (Rm 5.90)!

We were so full we could hardly breathe :S

Yes, super full!!!!

And a satisfied boy :)

Everything totaled up to RM76.30, including service charge and gvt tax. We really enjoyed the meal!!! :)

After that, we went to buy durian puffs for my parents and his mummy!

Went to my house and stayed over :)

My parents loved the durian puffs so much that they ate finish within an hour?! I only got to eat 1 :(

Oh well..........
I love happy times like this.

School's starting in 2 days time!!!!!!!!!!! T_T
I think I'm getting a little depressed becoz I kinda hate school? It's not as fun as it used to be anymore. Or maybe is it I'm building a barrier between myself and shutting others out? I don't know...

So much has happened and I guess I'm just naturally starting to move away from others... I don't wanna be entangled in the same old problem anymore.

You can do so much for someone but sometimes all they have is just a bad intention..... Sigh.

Anyway just a quick update!
Been spending this entire week with Ken, he's also been coming to stayover at my house these few days, of course with my parents' permission.

Days like these I feel really happy. But I feel really friendless HAHA because whenever I'm with him, I kinda forget about the entire world.

At Changi Village waiting for him to fish? Damn I remembered that day CV was filled with transvestites. AND WTF this car filled with guys thought I was one of them, I could have went up to their car and pull the asshole out until they shout, "eh no la, that's a real girl eh!" They have srly fucked eyes.

Anyway Fadly's working at Gary's Tackle so we went there to visit him too! :)

I'm glad he's enjoying his new job... :)

And here's me and dear getting a bit bored so he HAS to use that dumb tool to pose -_-

And he's driving while stoning....

While his mei nu girlfriend camwhores aside :)

Haiz I think i've been feeling so depressed that I went to cook "quite an instant" pasta for myself and ended up sobbing cos I couldn't open the can of pasta sauce. Literally wtf!

A weird combination because I put too much fishballs in it..

Anyway Mummy came back this week and the best part was that she came back with bunny slippers!! Of cos, it was a gift from my aunt cos she says that its bad to walk barefooted at home.

My cousin did manicure and pedicure for my mum cos she's recently launched a new business in Ipoh :) I always felt that she was really good at all these..
Pedicure!
Manicure!

Hehe and went out with Xinyi on Thursday for some shopping. I AM SERIOUSLY BROKE OK. Haven't shop for ages and when I shop it's crazy. She says that I have a fetish for heels.. Haha cos I went shopping for heels as usual!

:)

At night, went to meet dear at Bugis Junction taxi stand as he came by to fetch me! Before he came, I went to grab a box of Twelve Cupcakes for him since there were so many good reviews about it :)

Aren't they pretty!!!!

Wanted to give dear the whole box but I ended up eating one myself. It's damn good!!! Dear's happy and so am I :)

Went fishing at Punggol and went to my house to sleepover!

Well had a great day...
Gotta enjoy before school fucking starts zzz

Last day of exams!

Friday, June 08, 2012

Finally my most dreaded shit - exams are finally over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And of course, what best way to celebrate the last day would be.... MEETING UP WITH MY GOOD FRIENDS!!!!!!!

Met up with Jiawen FINALLY, cos we've been delaying this meetup for really long..
We went to Blackbird Cafe to eat since she likes the name of it, cos it reminds of her the Beatles's song. Hahaha and I go there because my boyfriend is there... Heheheh

 Mushroom Risotto

We ordered Mushroom Risotto ($16) and okay even though my boyfriend is a chef there.. The mushroom risotto DOES taste nice, really good cos it has a rich flavour and the texture is just fine. But after we eat too much, we started to get a little sick of it, haha!

Hehe, after that we went to Daiso and shopped around and after that, went to meet Ken cos he was driving me to Circular Road to meet the girls!

We settled at a pub, ordered a Tower, sang karaoke and he got to know them better :)

Well anyway, it was getting late and since tmr he had to work the morning shift, he left first so we girls just chilled on our own.

And on Thursdays nights, entry to Zirca are free for tertiary students!
So we just went in to get free drinks, danced a little, and after awhile we went out :(

But it was still awesome fun! Had a lot of fun with the girls!!!!

 Usssss

Hehe, so yup......
Am flying to KL tonight! Am so excited!!!!

Will be back with more photos of my trip soon ;)

The start of June!

Sunday, June 03, 2012

This week, went to catch Men In Black 3 with Xinyi :)
We went to Bugis Shaw Theatres in the afternoon since they had a student promo which was like $6.50 for one person only!!!!!

Camwhored on the train..

The movie was surprisingly good, but Rotten Tomato rated it as rotten? Hmm

Anyway, I am never stepping into Bugis's cinema again... Wtf it's so crampy and the floor is so weird and the seats are so low and it's so freaking far!!

After that, walked around Bugis Junction and they had this Men in Black display for people to take photos with!

Xinyi's favourite alien?

My cool nigga alien HAHA

Well, not much to blog about but bought a pretty leopard flats hehehe so pretty!

Wanted to get the below handmade earrings but it was like 6 dollars?! But have to admit it's really pretty!

Met dear for dinner later on, we had abalone noodle!!!!!!

HAHAH damn shiok. Have been craving it for sometime and he finally brought me there cos he wants to pamper me now like his baby heheh *blush*

But after that, we met his friends and they went fishing -_-

Dear say I'm really patient.... Of course I am la!

The huge pond and in the end, they caught nothing at all -_-

Went home about 6am?!
The promo for the fishing pond was if you fish for 12-6am it's only $27. Oh well, was super tired... T_T

Exams are just next week so have been down to studying..
It's been really long since I memorised stuffs and do so much studying so I wasn't so used to it. But... I know I really have to do it!

And while studying, I was packing my table at the same time and found my bag of memories with him :)

The receipts, movie tickets, museums' entry passes, zoo passes etc... There were so many!

And guess what came into the mailbox this week?
Postcard from Jeslyn!

She's been away for 1 month now in Seychelles, doing her attachment.. Feel really happy for her because she's enjoying what she's pursuing now! :)

Sucha pretty postcard! :)

And yesterday was Bare Your Sole 2012!

The main aim of this charity event was to raise funds for projects such as building houses for those in underdeveloped countries. I don't mind donating $10 to support the cause but walking barefooted, getting pricked by the dry grass etc was a no-no -_-

But still, we had to turn up since our teachers say it's crucial and is part of our tutorial attendance blah blah. Who the hell forces people to do charity right? Wtf it should be of our own accord. Because it wouldn't be a cause if we don't want to do it.

The only thing that made me look forward to this event was my Year 2 classmates :( Miss them, now that I'm in Year 3...

Don't really fancy my Year 3 class but thankfully Lydia and Meryl are in the same class as me :)
Made school less torturous. Can't imagine facing my Year 3 classmates for the next half of the year. Don't know why but some people in the class seems a bit.. FAKE. Yucky yucks.

Hahah I'm not the only one who thinks that way though.

Anyway after Bare Your Sole, went to Kallang Leisure Park for brunch, went home and napped before going out again to meet dear!!!

We ordered Tamago Ramen which is a pork-stock based creamy soup, fried gyoza and fried rice at Cuppage Plaza's OHSHO. They have the best gyoza in town man!

It's crispy and and the skin is thin enough..

Tamago Ramen! :)

Had a great time with him!

His friend, Brendon showed us the countries his fiance and him were planning to go during their honeymoon after getting married next year. Dear and I were also excited because there were so many things we had in common! We want to go skiing together at Melbourne/Korea, we want to feed the penguins/dolphins.. So many things :) So they suggested we go together like a double couple holiday trip!

Next year I might be going to Melbourne! ^_^

And a photo of us to end the post......
Sorry for the damn bad quality it's from my iphone heheh
