OLD NEWS: I DYED MY HAIR AGAIN.

A more o-b-v-i-o-u-s colour compared to the previous one (which seem like I never dye at all)
Anyway, that was like last week, and it was a sudden decision 'cos I went to Watsons to get some necessities. I dyed it myself okay!!

It was super messy and the recommended time to leave the dye on was 20 minutes, but I put it for 1 hour so my hair can absorb more colour, HAHA!

I spent $95 within 2 days last week, so for this week I'm going to practice my saving skills - I'm going to save to $170 within 2 weeks!!

*Fingers crossed*

Yesterday, when I turned on the television, I couldn't watch any of my Hongkong shows anymore!!!
Walao, my father didn't subscribe to the Starhub TV for this month.

"All of your handphone bills are super high last month, (referring to my mother too, HAHA) NO MORE STARHUB TV THIS MONTH. If you want, you pay yourself." (He was hinting to me -_-)
Thank goodness there's something called the internet.

I COOKED PASTA TODAY.
Fine, I cooked the spaghetti while my mother insisted on cooking the rest of the ingredients.. Whateverrr. In the end she cooked everything lor.. Well, what's important is the final outcome right?

It tasted super heavenlyyy and it's so much better than Jack's Place pastas!! (I HATE THEIR MUSHROOM SPAGHETTI and I think it isn't edible for humans)
I ate 3 plates of it!

My Chinese New Year trip to Malaysia was an awesome one! We could practically see fireworks everyday from my grandma's restaurant, and lion dance around the streets.

The damn policemen will go around (feeling a little jealous to see us happily celebrating the festival) and just come up with some stupid excuses, "You're making too much noise, fine RM 50."

What a wet blanket.

There's lots of photos I want to post up, including my aunt's brand new shop - Nice Desserts Cafe!

On the eve of Chinese new year, we headed to Ipoh in Malaysia to surprise our relative!!!
My father wasn't too familiar with the way so he relied on his talking GPS.

I was wondering how can a gadget do so much?
But I was proved wrong..

I was really bored in the car so I had Cleo to accompany me! And ya.. My camera, hehehe.

On the highway..

Reaching soon!!

Okay, we're inside Ipoh already!

My brother and I came out of the car and we sneaked in by the kitchen.
I screamed very loudly and my uncle and cousin jumped!

HAHA, they were so surprised to see my brother and me.
My grandmother just stared at us for a few second because she said she wanted sometime to see if it was really us.. :)

So happy to see En En! I get to spend my CNY with her :)

My uncle has put in countless of efforts to put up the decorations for the restaurant :)

AWWW!!

Next stop was my Aunt's shop.
She thought that my brother and I came back alone because of some problems -_-
Well, as if we could travel overseas on our own.

I like the decoration of her new shop!!

The signboard is so pretttty!!!!
I made this ice cream, on my own!!

*Beams*

I can't believe my aunt also included some Japanese inspired deco into her cafe, so pretty!!
Serving Griffiths Coffee directly imported from Australia!

Since my aunt's shop is conveniently located in a shopping mall, I spent the entire day browsing through shops and I bought a pair of pretty fake eyelashes, a jacket and a top!

The vendors were super friendly, when I patronize them they'd go, "Hi, your aunt has a cafe at the first floor right? I can give you discount!"

Oh ya, something I don't understand about Malaysians:
My aunt held a free sampling day - from ice cream to ice blended drinks -- TOTALLY FREE.

I tried to advertise to some of the passerbys but they actually refused -_-
Look at Singapore Ben and Jerry's queue when they were giving out free cones.. A totally contradictory from Malaysia!

After that, we went back to my grandma's restaurant and we had yu sheng :)

Chinese new year!

My cousin treated me to a doggy cookie!
It's so cute can!!! It's vanilla and taste quite edible. (Actually, it taste pretty bad)

Okay, since it was Chinese New Year, I must have something different to wear isn't it?

A PRETTTY CHEONG SAM!

My brother was wearing this chinese new year outfit, we look so cuteeee

Had our Chinese New Year lunch at Joseph Cafe and Bistro!
The food is f-king expensive, but the portion is humongous.

LOOK AT THE BIG BOWL OF TOMATO SOUP!

Even my father can't finish it, for goodness sake!

This is heavenly.. Caramel cuppucino!

Actually the photo looked really bad (thanks to my father's photography skill) so I edited it..
I think it looks quite vintage now!

Gorgeous flowers to suit the ambience of the cafe

My Fish and Chips is super huge.. I almost vomited after eating everything :S

Steak
Rendang Chicken

I like their toilet.
They put nice smelling flowers inside this pretty bowl, and after doing your business you can stand up and camwhore too! Hehehe :x

En En doing her infamous "twist"~

"Don't you dare hit me..."

LAYERS OF FATS

Cutiepie!!

This sumptuous feast was specially cooked by my uncle and grandmother.
It's once in a year, so the food has gotta be DELICIOUS!

Oh, and the next one is not included in the dishes of course...

DEAD WORM
I used the toothpick and poke its stomach.. But in the first place it was already dead!

"Give me a cute cute pose"
*Pose*

Back to my aunt's shop :)

The sofa is not ours, it was actually for sale but who cares?

My aunt specially ordered a box of fireworks and around 12am, we set fire and the fireworks were incredible!!

Just right above us..

I miss the fireworks.. :(
And also, it attracted a lot of attention, not to forget the damn policemen too.

The next day, we left Malaysia and headed back to Singapore :(

Yup, I've been holding this post back for 3 days already, and these 3 days I've been using my spare time to upload the photos and trying to whip up a decent post.

LOVE!! :)

Pre-Chinese New Year treat from Boss

Thursday, February 11, 2010

After work today, we went to UOB plaza 60th floor and ate at Sichuan Dou Hua Restaurant.

The view outside is really beautiful! Imagine if it's at night~

It was a 6 course meal, with the chinese new year colourful thinggy. (don't know what is it la)
The china girl whom was working there was explaining to us about the meaning of the ingredients while pouring them.

I only like the fried salmon skin because it tasted like crackers! (Muahahah)

I LOVE THE SECOND COURSE: SHARK FIN.
It was so delicious lor!! Walao, my colleague sitting beside me actually hated it. Why would anyone hate shark fin...? Tsk tsk..

Photoooooos!
The young girls (Okay I'm the youngest here -_-)

This was the third course, something like steamboat

The uncle was telling us how expensive this pot of soup was blah blah blah..
Well, it looked expensive because inside it were plenty of HUGE abalones, mushrooms, prawns, scallops, mussels, sea cucumber, chicken and so on.

I gave my abalone away since I don't eat abalone..
I don't know how to eat abalone can!

So I just ate the mushrooms, prawns, chicken, scallops and all that.

Me: "Erm.. What is this?"
Uncle: "Mussels."
Me: "Eewwwwww.."
Boss: "Why? You don't like it?"
Me: "Huh, no la.. I just don't like all these moving creatures."
Boss: "Try the sea cucumber, it doesn't really move."
Me: "-_-"

Then our spicy ramen came!

It's heavenly but it's so spicy that your nose kinda gets numb and a little painful!
So in the end, I didn't finish it because I didn't want to die of spicyness.

Anyway, the way the person poured the tea is damn hilarious la!!

He would pose like Bruce Lee and look as if pouring the tea is hurting his ass or something.
I was laughing at him the whole time :x

After eating quite a lot, drinking the tea makes me feel a lot better

Overall, I would say that the food was quite okay.. But the truth is that I'll never learn to appreciate them. I'll stick to my Japanese udon forever!!

After eating and waiting for the waitress to pour red wine for all my colleagues, (EXCEPT FOR ME ONLY because my boss told her that it was illegal for me to drink it since I was underaged -_-) I camwhored ONE photo only okay!

Okay happy gladys.

I love the dessert!
I don't know what's inside but it taste so fruity-licious!
(There's my favourite grass jelly in it too)

I ate two bowls of it coz they didn't really liked it :S

Eat until full like shitttttt and the bill totaled up to $1,101.

My another boss paid in cash. Rich ass la..
Actually I was wondering that it would be so much better to distribute the money rather than spending on the food that will end up coming out of our butts.

Right?!

Oh and to end this post with a photo of .......

My short hair

I cropped my photo coz my other side of the cheek was hideously FAT damnit!!

P.S: Is my new contact lens pretty? I collected it from that irresponsible blogshop owner already. Don't even bother to reply smses. Call her then pick up. Argh!!!!!

What do you expect..?

Wednesday, February 10, 2010

Okay, I was checking my blog's analytics and how people stumble upon my blog.

What people searched for that referred them to my blog for this week:

1) where to find eyebrow embroidery in seoul
Alright, that is crazy because I never blogged about doing eyebrow embroidery in seoul (?!)
Okay, maybe they just highlighted my post (the one I did my first eyebrow threading with Thadshayiniy and the annual mud event)

2) perry ellis "perry ellis" -basketball
Er, what the hell is that?

Guess the third one? ...........
IT'S CRAZY DAMNIT.

3) pasir ris crest sex
Okay wait.. WHEN was there even a Pasir Ris Crest scandal?? Walao, and why did they come to my blog when they searched that?! Seriously....... the result was screwed up. -_-

UPDATED (30 March 2010)
P/S:
For those little underaged teenagers who have been constantly searching for "pasir ris crest scandal" or "pasir ris crest sex" or whatever shit due to your raging hormones, please go somewhere and relieve yourself. Not at my blog, damnit. There is at least 3 people who will stumble upon my blog every week from that search. I'm getting hell irritated. So YOU (Yes you) should just go to your mummy and ask her the appropriate measures you should take to tackle your raging hormones. She'll probably enlighten you on this. Thank you.

Anyway, the baby hamlings have grown up!
Their features are developed, except that they're still small and adorable, awww.

Did I mention there were 5 hamlings in total that Gongxi(my hammy) gave birth to?

Now, there's only 2 LEFT.

The mother bit the babies' head off and the rest of the siblings happily wriggle to their sister/brother's corpse and started chewing the intestines.. Shit it was gross.

They could have lived together like a happy family but.............. *sigh*

My mother was so disturbed by the scene that she started scolding Fachoy,

"Will you stop eating your babies are you a human you gave birth to them and now you're eating them?! If you're going to eat the other 2 I'm GOING TO CHOP YOU!!"

"It's not a human."

Haha, oh well..

These photos were like taken a week ago, when the other 3 of the hamlings were still alive :(

Is there something like a hamster heaven??

Hmmmmmmmm................

Well, it looks like a lot of fun!
